For the second year, the Dragons are marching in the Weston Santa Claus Parade this Sunday, November 29. Marching in the parade is a great way to promote our team in the community and recruit players of all ages.

If you would like to join us on Sunday, here are the deails:

he parade is: 64 (This is important)
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARADE ROUTE BEGINS AT CHURCH STREETAND ENDS AT SIDNEY BELSEY CRESCENT (opposite Irving Tissue).
Please arrive no later than 1:00PM. The parade starts at 2:00PM. Please access Church Street from Jane Street and travel along Church Street to Weston Road. Weston Rd from St. Phillips to Church will be closed from 12 noon to 2.00 p.m. for the purposes of lining up the parade but the police officers on site will let you into the line-up area if you tell them you are with the parade.
There is ample free parking at the following locations: The Weston Lions Arena at Lawrence Ave, just west of Weston Rd; the Green P Parking lot on John St at South Station and St. John the Evangelist School lot on the east side of George St, north of King. If you do happen to park on a side street, be careful not to block driveways!
Parents can pick up players at Portage School no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and not later than 5:00 p.m.(When picking up your children at the school, PLEASE ENTER FROM the intersection of JANE & Weston travelling NORTHBOUND ONLY!)
